As RebelDot’s CTO, Ciprian’s role combines technical leadership, process shaping, and strategic involvement, both across the company and within the partnership with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls. Ema leads the collaboration with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls from RebelDot’s side. As Delivery Director, her focus is on strategy, structure, and strengthening long-term outcomes. Together with the team at VCARB, she will look at opportunities to improve the day-to-day progress. Her role involves aligning people, goals, and impact.

Software has been Szilard’s playground for more than ten years. He now writes clean test automations, and swaps ideas with engineers who measure progress in thousandths of a second. The collaboration fits him perfectly: concise feedback, shared standards, constant forward motion.
