Performance meets technology: technology partner for the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team
Our multi-year partnership with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team marked one of the year’s most exciting milestones. Together, we’re driving performance through digital product strategy and cutting-edge technology. By leveraging advanced digital solutions, real-time data insights, and precision engineering, this collaboration supports smarter decision-making, streamlined operations, and performance optimization, both on and off the track, in one of the world’s most demanding environments.
Scaling Responsible GenAI: partnering with KPMG Romania
We also joined forces with KPMG Romania to help scale Responsible Generative AI. Through this alliance, RebelDot became a technology delivery partner for KPMG Romania’s GenAI programs, supporting companies in deploying AI faster, safer, and at scale, while maintaining structure, accountability, and trust.
Digital innovation for industry: RebelDot Process Industries
In 2025, we launched RebelDot Process Industries, a joint venture with GEA, focused on accelerating digital innovation in the process industry. By combining deep industrial expertise with advanced digital capabilities, this partnership helps industrial organizations modernize faster, operate more efficiently, and build resilient, future-ready systems.
Advancing our AI capabilities: Microsoft Data & AI
Our collaboration with Microsoft grew even stronger in 2025, as we expanded our Microsoft Solutions Partnership with the Data & AI certification. Building on our existing Digital & App Innovation with Azure partnership, this milestone strengthens our ability to deliver AI-powered solutions that are practical, business-ready, and designed for long-term impact.
Cloud foundations for scale: AWS
We became an official partner of Amazon Web Services, further expanding our cloud capabilities. This partnership enables us to design, build, and scale secure and flexible solutions on AWS, giving our clients strong foundations to grow with confidence.
Sustainability - Progressing responsibly
For us, sustainability is a long-term commitment rooted in care and responsibility. Throughout 2025, we continued to strengthen our approach through clear goals, transparency, and actions that support long-term impact, backed by systems that reflect our responsibility as an organization.
Recognized for our progress: EcoVadis Gold
One of the year’s important milestones was being awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal, ranking us in the top 2% of assessed companies globally. This recognition reflects the consistent work behind our sustainability practices, from ethics and labor standards to environmental impact and sustainable procurement, and reinforces our commitment to doing business responsibly.
Raising the bar through transparency
We also published our 3rd, 2024 Sustainability Report, aligned with the VSME standard ,marking the next chapter in how we approach sustainability at RebelDot. This framework brings more structure, transparency, and accountability to our efforts, offering a clear picture of where we stand today and how we plan to improve in the years ahead.
Committing to science-based climate action
In 2025, we took a significant step forward by committing to Science-Based Targets, aligning our climate goals with the latest climate science. This commitment puts RebelDot among the first tech companies in Romania to take this step, setting clear, measurable targets for Scope 1 and 2, to reduce our environmental footprint in line with global climate objectives.
Planting for the future
Sustainability also shows up in the moments we share together. This year, we went to Mărișel, Cluj, for our annual tree-planting initiative. With the support of “Natura Îți Mulțumește” Association, we set out to plant 2,500 trees, but ended up planting 3,400, a result that perfectly captured the rebel spirit behind the effort.
Supporting education where it matters
Supporting education is an important part of how we understand sustainability. In 2025, this meant getting involved in initiatives that help create access, spark curiosity, and encourage the next generation to explore what technology can make possible.
Through our partnership with Something New, we’re supporting an education project in Dezmir, helping over 500 children from rural communities gain access to better learning opportunities and brighter futures.
We also supported womENcourage Hackathon 2025 in Brașov, an event focused on how computer science can act as a catalyst for educational change. The hackathon brought together participants eager to apply their technical skills, creativity, and teamwork to build solutions addressing real challenges in education.
In the spirit of encouraging innovation early on, we supported Solis, a student-led project from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca dedicated to developing solar-powered cars. For us, supporting Solis means supporting young engineers and innovators who are shaping a more sustainable future through clean energy and smart design.
Alongside these initiatives, we also took part in Bookster’s campaign „Magia unei biblioteci”, an initiative aimed at expanding book collections in vulnerable schools across Romania.
Rebels who make it happen
At the heart of RebelDot are the people behind it. In 2025, growth showed in the size, diversity, and energy of our team, as well as in the way our values came to life beyond day-to-day work.
Growing beyond 300 rebels
In 2025, we reached an important milestone: our team grew to more than 300 rebels. We welcomed a whopping 124 new joiners and celebrated every rebel who continued to grow alongside us. It’s a number that represents a growing community of people who bring curiosity, care, and value into everything they do. As we continue to grow, keeping our culture strong and our values close remains just as important as the work itself.
A new chapter in Brasov
In 2025, we opened the doors of our new office in Brașov, marking an important step in how RebelDot continues to grow. More than a new space, the Brașov office represents our commitment to being closer to the communities we’re part of and creating environments where teams can connect, collaborate, and feel at home.
The new office gives our rebels in Brașov a place designed for focus, creativity, and togetherness, while also opening up new opportunities to grow our presence locally and welcome future teammates into the RebelDot culture.
Learning and growing together
Investing in future talent is part of how we think about long-term growth. This year, we ran two internship programs, in UX and in AI & Data, welcoming 16 young professionals eager to learn, experiment, and contribute. For 14 of them, the journey didn’t stop there, as they’ve since joined RebelDot as full-time rebels, growing alongside the teams they started with.
But growth doesn’t stop at the beginning of a career: for us, it’s part of everyday life at RebelDot. Throughout the year, our colleagues continued to invest in their development, earning 18 AWS certifications and 26 Microsoft certifications, and strengthening the expertise that supports our teams and the work we deliver.
Alongside technical growth, we continued to invest in how we work together. Leadership, feedback, and security trainings remain part of our yearly traditions, and this year we also added stress management and communication workshops, helping us build healthier ways of working, communicating, and handling challenges together.
Rebels at Speed
Rebels at Speed put the spotlight on the people behind the technology, through the lens of our partnership with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team. The campaign explored what it’s really like to work in a high-performance environment, drawing parallels between racing teams and product teams. Focused on mindset, collaboration, and consistency under pressure, Rebels at Speed shared honest stories about how performance is built, not by individual heroes, but by teams working together toward a shared goal.
Togetherness in action: Rebels with a Cause
Rebels with a Cause returned once again as one of our most meaningful internal traditions. Each year, our team comes together for an internal fundraiser built around initiatives proposed by our colleagues, all powered by generosity and shared purpose.
Beyond the funds raised, what makes this tradition special is how it brings people together outside of everyday work. This year, we raised over €7,500, which we donated to Asociatia Blondie, supporting emergency medical air transport for critically ill children, a cause chosen together by our community.
Sharing knowledge: AI_talks
We also hosted a new edition of “_talks”, our friendly meetup series where the RebelDot community and local tech enthusiasts come together to explore what’s next in technology. This time, we dove into the world of AI with Andreea Monea, AI Engineer at RebelDot, who guided us through GR00T, NVIDIA’s Vision-Language-Action model, and how it enables robots to learn instead of being hand-coded. We also saw RebelBot in action: our robotic arm powered by GR00T, built by Andrei Voic and Alexandru Luci, winners of the OpenAI Hackathon.
Events, energy, and moments together
Beyond projects and milestones, 2025 was filled with moments that brought us closer: to each other, to our community, and to the things we enjoy doing together. From large public events to internal celebrations, these moments reminded us that fun and connection are part of how we grow.
Opening our doors: Noaptea Companiilor
Noaptea Companiilor brought us closer to our local community through two days of conversations, meetups, and relaxed moments together. From tech talks and trivia to ping-pong and good energy, it was a chance to share what defines RebelDot: our work, our values, and the people behind them, while also supporting Asociația Dog Assist and their therapy Labradoodle, Yumi.
Community on two wheels: MTB Odyssey
MTB Odyssey once again brought together mountain biking, community, and shared passion. Whether riding, supporting, or cheering from the sidelines, it was a celebration of movement, resilience, and the kind of energy that forms naturally when people come together around something they love.
From track to festival: UNTOLD
Together with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team, we brought Formula 1 closer to the crowd at UNTOLD. After a successful Day 0 at Wild Hills, the car spent four days at the festival in Cluj, drawing curiosity throughout the event. At our booth, we also hosted a special giveaway, and two lucky winners went on to experience an exclusive visit to the VCARB factory in Faenza, Italy. The cherry on top? A surprise shoutout from Liam Lawson and Isack Hadjar on the main stage screen, turning the moment into one we won’t forget.
Race mode on: Monaco Watch Party
We came together to watch our logo hit the track at the Monaco Grand Prix: fast laps, great conversations, and an afterparty to match. All of it happened on our 4th-floor terrace, turning race day into a shared experience worth remembering.
Celebrating seven years
We marked RebelDot’s 7th anniversary with an Italian-style celebration at Wild Hills: good food, great music, and the kind of atmosphere that only comes from celebrating milestones together.
Spring it On
Spring it On brought us together at the office for our annual spring gathering. Between trivia battles, board games, ping-pong, FIFA friendlies, and plenty of catching up, it was togetherness in its purest form, and a reminder of why spending time together matters just as much as working together.
Ending the year, Jingle Bell Rock style
The year wrapped up with our Christmas Party, a proper Jingle Bell Rock celebration that mixed end-of-year energy, loud music, and a packed dance floor. A fitting send-off for a year full of work, growth, and shared wins.
