Before diving deeper into this topic, let’s go back to the beginning of RebelDot’s journey with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls. In February, RebelDot and Visa Cash App Racing Bulls entered a multi-year partnership, bringing digital strategy and technology into the heart of Formula One™ . Today, through advanced solutions, real-time data, and precision engineering, we help streamline operations and sharpen decision-making. And we make sure that whatever we build to help make the car go faster also makes sense and aligns with the team’s objectives.

For years, our direction has been to turn technology into a performance advantage. The partnership with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls is a continuation of that strategy, and another benchmark in our journey built on innovation, performance and our desire to turn technology into an asset for our partners.  And this is the story of what it took to get here.

Daring to rethink what others settle for

At RebelDot, building great products starts with a deep understanding of the vision and mission behind them. Because to create products that truly resonate, you need to have a good understanding of the audience and users you are building it for, as well as it’s higher purpose. But with the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team, we took this even further.

The passion that fuelled the ambition to become technology partner of an F1 team runs deeper than RebelDot itself, tracing back to RebelDot’s founder, Tudor Ciuleanu, who first encountered with Formula One™, about 25 years ago. His dad took him to Hungary to see an F1 car, and that was the moment that got him hooked on the sport.

Later on, in 2024, during a fun experiment with a colleague, they used AI to generate a race car design with the RebelDot logo on it. At the time, it was just a playful idea, until only a few months later, the real opportunity for a partnership appeared. “For me personally, it’s a huge thing,” he admits. From that spark to seeing our logo on the car in Monaco, the journey has been anything but conventional.

When asked what it truly took to get here, his answer was simple: daring to rethink what others settle for.
